So what’s been happening !

Election Day: As always this is a great fundraising event for the school and this year was no exception with the cake stall and sausage sizzle raising over $2000.00. All the cakes were sold and they had to make a second run for buns and bacon on the BBQ. There was also the plant stall and raffle being held by the Year 6 class raising funds for their end of year function. Thanks to all the volunteers who turned up to help on the day. Always a great effort.cropped-election-day-cakes.jpg

Bunnings Sausage Sizzle: Next Sunday (24th July), the P&C is holding their annual Bunnings Sausage Sizzle stand. Again this is always a great fundraiser so bring your kids down for lunch. If you have a few free hours available to stand and cook it is always appreciated. You can contact the fundraising committee on and put your name down.

School Fete: The fete committee is getting down to business in getting this day happening. Some activities have been booked, there is going to be a Monster Obstacle Course, Dunk tank and soccer goals, with some classes running a side show alley section. We have a number of stalls signed up selling cosmetics, personalised bags and items for kids, fairy models and jewellery, Enjo, Jamberry and Eclectic Squirrel are all going to be there. If you have a business and would like to hold a stall, please contacts us on Could be some great opportunities to buy for Christmas. We are also going to try and hold a pet competition – so if you think your pet is like Hairy Maclary or perhaps more of a Garfield or a lovely Floppsy, we will try to have a category for you. So keep posted and check the fete page for what is being organised. We are also needing parents from each classroom to volunteer to organise their classroom stall on the day, so check with your teacher to see what you are doing.
